Alle Dehnschnecken sind Fake Piercings, sie werden wie normale Ohrstecker über einen 1mm Edelstahlstecker ins Ohr eingesetzt und passen für normale, ungedehnte Ohrlöcher. Am Ohr sehen sie wie eine Dehnschnecke mit 6mm oder 8mm Durchmesser und langem Ende aus. Der Edelstahlbügel wird über eine Schraube/ Kugel per Schraubverschluss befestigt, oder über einen Steckverschluss mit Silikonauskleidung. Beide Varianten sind stabil und langlebig.
